Regional Weather Forecast
National Weather Service Bismarck ND
358 PM CDT Sun Mar 9 2025 /258 PM MDT Sun Mar 9 2025/

Dry and breezy conditions are expected for today. On Monday it
will become very windy as a cold front sweeps through the region,
bringing rain and snow chances along the Canadian border. Well
above average temperatures are expected through Monday, with
regional highs mainly ranging from the 40s far north and the mid
50s to mid 60s south. Despite highs reaching the 40s to mid 50s in
northern parts of the region near the Canadian border on Monday,
temperatures will rapidly decline in the afternoon following the
cold frontal passage. This will result in temperatures closer to
seasonable for Tuesday followed by a warming trend Wednesday and
Thursday. Towards the end of the week, a Colorado low will likely
bring impactful weather to portions of the Northern Plains,
though exact details of the track, strength, timing, and
precipitation types remain uncertain.
