Precipitation, falling mainly as snow, continues to push east
the Dakotas and southern Manitoba. Accumulating snow will
generally be confined to North Dakota, where a few inches of snow
are possible. Low temperatures this morning are in the 20s. Rain
and snow will push out of the eastern Dakotas and into Minnesota
later this afternoon, with perhaps some light snow accumulations.
High temperatures today will generally be in the 30s to perhaps
lower 40s.

Temperatures will remain below normal through Saturday, with
highs mainly in the 30s and 40s. Temperatures slowly start to warm
up next week, with widespread highs in the 50s and 60s by midweek.
Mainly dry conditions are also forecast through the weekend.
