Showers and thunderstorms have developed across eastern Montana,
and are anticipated to spread eastward across Northern Plains
this evening and overnight into early Monday. Some of these
storms may become strong to severe, especially over eastern
Montana and far western North Dakota. Lows tonight are forecast
from the mid 50s to lower 60s.

Temperatures remain near to slightly below normal through much of
the week. Near daily chances for showers and thunderstorms will
also be found, including on Independence Day. A few strong to
severe storms are possible Monday through Monday night.
