...FROST ADVISORIES NO LONGER ISSUED THIS GROWING SEASON...

The National Weather Service in Bismarck will no longer issue
Frost Advisories for the 2024 growing season. We will continue to
issue Freeze Watches and Freeze Warnings as needed until a hard
freeze has occurred over all of western and central North Dakota,
or October 20th, whichever comes first. October 20th marks the end
of the local growing season across western and central North
Dakota. A hard freeze is defined as temperatures at or below 28
degrees Fahrenheit for a period of 3 or more hours.
