TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Life threatening wind chills as low as 55 below zero.

* WHERE...All areas along and north and east of the Missouri River.

* WHEN...Until noon CST /11 AM MST/ Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...The life threatening wind chills could cause frostbite
  on exposed skin in as little as 5 minutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The coldest wind chills are expected tonight
  through Monday morning.
