* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 5 and
  9 inches.

* WHERE...Sullivan County.

* WHEN...From 5 AM early this morning to 6 PM EST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
  could impact the morning and evening commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snowfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour are
  expected during the late morning and early afternoon hours.
