AND NORTHERN WAYNE COUNTIES...

HAZARDS...A band of heavy snow which can rapidly reduce visibility to
less than one mile.

LOCATION AND MOVEMENT...At 831 AM EST, a band of heavy snow was along
a line extending from near Newark Valley to near Lanesboro and moving
southeast at 20 MPH.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
Binghamton, Johnson City, Endicott, Kirkwood, Conklin, Maine,
Susquehanna, Susquehanna Depot, Port Dickinson, and Windsor.

This includes the following highway exits...
 New York Interstate 81 between 1 and 6.
 Interstate 86/Route 17 between 69 and 81.
 Interstate 88 between 1 and 3.
