Hazardous weather is not expected at this time. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday. A strong cold front will move through Saturday, accompanied by possible snow squalls, and a sudden drop in temperatures to below freezing. This could cause dangerous travel conditions from low visibility and icy roads. For Saturday night into Sunday, lake effect snow showers could bring a few to several inches of snow to higher terrain areas north of Binghamton, with lighter accumulations elsewhere in Central New York and the Northeast corner of Pennsylvania. A storm system will track into the Great Lakes region by the middle of next week leading to a warm up with rain.
