.SYNOPSIS... Rain moves out this morning with a break in the
precipitation  until overnight when some light snow moves
through. Up to a  couple inches of snow is possible tonight on
elevated surfaces  for the Southern Tier and southward. Monday
sees another lull in precipitation before a strong late season
cold front moves  through in the late afternoon and evening.
