.SYNOPSIS... High pressure will bring dry and mostly sunny skies
today, although it will be cold for April standards. Clouds move
in  tonight with precipitation beginning Thursday morning. A mix
of rain and snow will be expected initially, before changing to
rain by the late morning Thursday. Unsettled and wet weather then
continues into the weekend.
