.SYNOPSIS... *A frosty morning gives way to increasing clouds
today as high  pressure maintains its grip on upstate NY. *A few
showers tonight and tomorrow will be accompanied by  moderating
temperatures for Saturday and Sunday. *Multiple rounds of showers
will buffet the region Sunday night  and Monday with winds
gusting 25 to 40mph.
