* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Northwestern Bradford County in northeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 900 PM EDT.

* At 553 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Some areas have had 1-2 inches
  of rain in the past hour. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to
  begin shortly as another round of thunderstorms moves into the
  warned area.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Chemung, Sayre, Waverly, Athens, Ridgebury, Litchfield, South
  Waverly, Sylvania, Gillett, Milan, Bentley Creek, Wilawana, Cowley
  and Dunning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
