...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT CENTRAL CLAYTON...NORTHWESTERN
GRANT AND SOUTHWESTERN CRAWFORD COUNTIES THROUGH 845 PM CDT...

At 815 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Garnavillo, or near Elkader, moving east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

This strong thunderstorm will be near...
  Garnavillo around 820 PM CDT.
  Bloomington around 840 PM CDT.

Other locations impacted by this storm include Wauzeka, Wyalusing
State Park, Motor, Jellystone Park Near Bagley, Giard, Clayton
Center, St. Olaf, Clayton, Bridgeport, and Mount Hope.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
