Damaging winds are the main threat. Confidence is low to medium for this threat. Heavy rainfall is possible today and tonight with 2 to 3 inches expected south of I-90 in Wisconsin. Multiple rounds of storms producing heavy rainfall expected across portions of northeast IA and southwestern WI, mainly from overnight through Monday morning. There is a level 3 of 4 risk for flash flooding to occur for these areas.
