While minimum relative humidity values will mostly range between
30 and 40%, the winds for today will remain quite light. As a
result of the light winds at the surface and aloft, smoke
dispersal will be poor to fair for today and tonight. Winds
increase slightly and become predominantly southeasterly for
Thursday. These winds along with better mixing will help the smoke
dispersal get up to good for Thursday afternoon.
