.DISCUSSION...Increasing moisture will keep RHs in the 50s into
early this afternoon, eventually bottoming out in the 40s shortly
thereafter. Small chances for light precipitation reach the spot
near 8am, progressing to the northeast into the early afternoon.
Overall low confidence, increasing as the preciptiation band
pushes tnortheast of the area.

Higher, heavier precipitation chances initially reach the spot
area overnight. Precipitation potential increases just east of the
Mississippi River Valley. Therefore, may not see radar returns but
still could experience rainfall.

Widespread heavy rainfall pushes from west to east through Tuesday
morning. Current confidence suggests rainfall amounts near 1.25"
by Wednesday morning. Expect a change over to snow through
Wednesday. Lower snow accumulations expected.
