.DISCUSSION...
Clear skies should lead to good mixing heights of 2000-3000 feet
today and also contribute to winds of 5 to 10 mph. Winds will tend
to be out of the southeast at ignition time before becoming out
of the south later this morning. Starting this evening, winds will
slowly begin to turn clockwise, becoming out of the southwest by
daybreak Friday. Friday will feature higher wind speeds of 5 to 15
mph wind the clockwise shift continuing with winds out of the
northwest by the afternoon. RH values will drop to 35 to 40
percent both afternoons. Confidence in this forecast panning out
is high with no precipitation - and no source of sudden wind
