.DISCUSSION...

High pressure will dominate the day with light wind and just
high clouds overhead. Mixing height will be very shallow early
this morning and combined with light wind, smoke dispersion will be
poor. Mixing depth and transport winds will increase by late morning
increasing the smoke dispersion to good by 10-11 am. Wind direction
will be from the southeast to start before becoming easterly by
later in the afternoon with speeds staying at or below 8 mph
through the day. RHs will fall to around 50% by the afternoon and
recover to about 85% overnight with chances for rain showers
increasing later this afternoon into this evening. Winds will back
to the northeast behind a cold front tonight and will pick up
tomorrow to around 10-12 mph with higher gusts possible. RHs
will be much lower tomorrow with RHs falling to near 30% by the
afternoon.
