.DISCUSSION...

There is a low chance (10 to 20%) of some rain showers late this
afternoon into this evening. The chance of wetting rain is low (10%)
as rain totals are mostly between a trace to a couple hundredths.
Minimum relative humidity values will mostly range between 50 and
60%. West to west northwest winds are expected through Tuesday
afternoon, then winds shift to the southwest. The highest wind gusts
will be this morning into the afternoon where gusts could approach
25 mph. As winds die down during the overnight and early morning
hours, smoke dispersal will be POOR or FAIR this morning and Tuesday
morning. There still remains a few inches of snow on the ground.
