PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:30 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 18.1 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 14.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:30 PM CDT Sunday was 18.3 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 10.4 feet Sunday,
    August 24.
  - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.

  - Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    tomorrow morning to a crest of 15.1 feet tomorrow morning. It
