Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1033 AM CDT, emergency management reported ongoing flooding in Bagley due to debris keeping storm water from exiting flooded areas. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but minimal additional rainfall is expected through early afternoon. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
