the US/Canadian border beyond 5 NM from shore...
Lake Huron from Presque Isle Lt. to Sturgeon Point  MI 5NM off shore
to US/Canadian border...
St Ignace to False Detour Channel...
St. Marys River Point Iroquois to E. Potagannissing Bay...

At 154 AM EDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing waterspouts
were located along a line extending from 6 nm southeast of Neebish
Island to 8 nm northwest of Northern Lake Huron Buoy, moving east at
55 knots.

HAZARD...Waterspouts, wind gusts 34 knots or greater, and small
         hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
         hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
         higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

Locations impacted include...
Drummond Island, False Detour Channel, De Tour Village, Beaver Tail
Point, Detour Village, Marquette Island, Saint Marys River, and
Potagannissing Bay.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor until hazardous weather passes.
