.DISCUSSION...
Main concern today will be the continued cold conditions along
with breezy winds. Southwest winds will gust to 25 to 30 mph
throughout the day today, resulting in apparent temperatures of
-5 to -15 F. Winds relax later tonight into Thursday. Generally
 dry, with a few snow showers overnight into Thursday, and min
 humidity between 50 to 60 percent.

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy (75-85 percent). Isolated snow
                    showers late in the afternoon.
Max temperature.....Around 12.
Min humidity........49 percent.
20-foot winds.......South winds around 12 mph with gusts to around
                    30 mph.

Mixing height.......1300-2500 ft AGL.
