.DISCUSSION...Calm winds early this morning at the burn site gradually
become out of the northwest through midday. Winds back more westerly
through the afternoon, but largely remain sustained under 10 mph with
just an occasional higher gust. Limited early morning moisture mixes
out through the day, with relative humidity values likely bottoming out
near 20 percent, or bit lower by mid-late afternoon. Decent RH
recovery tonight, but not outstanding, despite an uptick in mid-cloud
cover after midnight with a very low chance for a sprinkle or rogue
shower toward early Saturday morning.

Sky/weather.........Sunny (0-10 percent). Widespread frost early in
                    the morning.
