...Accumulating snow returns tonight...

.DISCUSSION...Low pressure will develop in northern Wisconsin
today, and cross northern lower Michigan tonight. Much of today
will be relatively sunny, but clouds will increase this
afternoon. Snow develops tonight, and accumulations of 1 to 3
inches will be common away from Saginaw Bay. Snow showers remain
likely into part of Monday. Monday and Tuesday will both be
unseasonably cold.

Relatively light west to southwest winds are expected today and
tonight, though a few gusts are possible in the afternoon and
evening. Gusty north winds kick in on Monday, and exposed areas
will gust to 30 to 35 mph.
