...Rain chances return beginning Tuesday...

.DISCUSSION...High pressure will be over Michigan today,
providing quiet weather. Temperatures will be warmer than Sunday,
and humidity values will drop to near 30 percent in the interior.
But winds will be light today. Clouds will start to increase
tonight, and showers and a few thunderstorms will push into parts
of northwest and north central lower Michigan on Tuesday. More
widespread rain, and potentially heavy rain, is expected
Tuesday night.
