.DISCUSSION...
Warm and relatively dry conditions are anticipated through the end
of the week. There will be a brief period this afternoon with
isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms. The strongest
storms will be capable of gusty winds. Afternoon humidity will be
in the 30s today, and again Thursday and Friday afternoons. Winds
generally a northwest direction today and Thursday, shifting to
the southwest on Friday with gusts 15 to 20 mph on average each
afternoon. Mixing heights between 5 and 8 kft today across the
interior, 5.5 to 7.5 kft on Thursday.
