* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 1 to 2
  inches.

* WHERE...Beaver County in the Oklahoma Panhandle alongside south
  and east portions of the Texas Panhandle.

* WHEN...From 6 AM Thursday to 6 AM CST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
  likely become slick and hazardous. The hazardous conditions could
  impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes.
