...National Weather Service Radar at Amarillo, Texas (KAMA)
Offline Wednesday July 9, 2025...

The National Weather Service radar site at Amarillo, TX (KAMA)
will be offline for planned maintenance Wednesday July 9, 2025
beginning at approximately 7 AM CDT with the radar operational
again later into the evening on Wednesday. While the radar may
return to service on Wednesday, until full recalibration of the
data can be completed, some of the data may be unreliable through
Thursday evening.

During the outage, radar coverage will be available from the
following surrounding radar sites:

Pueblo, CO (KPUX)
Dodge City, KS (KDDC)
Cannon Air Force Base (KFDX)
Frederick, OK (KFDR)
Lubbock, TX (KLBB)

National and regional radar imagery can be viewed at:
https://radar.weather.gov.
