.DISCUSSION...
Surface winds continue to decrease tonight, but will stay breezy
overnight for the forecast area. Starting in the late morning
hours tomorrow, another wind speed ramp up is expected and winds
will steadily increase through the afternoon. The wind direction
remains south-southwesterly this evening, but winds will back to
due south later tonight. Tomorrow, southwesterly flow will return
as wind speeds start to increase again.
