.DISCUSSION...
Today will be a mild day with highs in the mid 60s. Winds will
start off breezy out of the west in the 15 to 20 mph range, but
should start to diminish in the 6 to 13 mph range after noon
today. Winds will gradually turn east tonight then northeast late
tonight and be in the 10 to 15 mph range with some gusts in the 20
to 25 mph range. Mostly sunny today, but as we get into the later
tonight period, there will be a slight chance of rain. Those
chances will increase with each hour as we move into the overnight
hours, and by about 3 AM the precipitation should change over to
snow. Snow will likely continue for most of the day Saturday.
