.DISCUSSION...

This afternoon very low chance for isolated rain showers and even
a thunderstorm. Rainfall from either of these will be minimal.
The main threat from these will be gusty outflow winds as the
environment is favorable for dry microbursts. Otherwise conditions
will be hot and dry.

Sky/weather.........Sunny (0-10 percent). Isolated thunderstorms
                    late in the afternoon.
Max temperature.....Around 92.
Min humidity........17 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........West winds around 5 mph shifting to the north
                    late in the afternoon. Gusty and erratic winds
                    expected near thunderstorms late in the
                    afternoon.
Mixing height.......5900 ft AGL.
Transport winds.....West 7 to 14 mph.
Smoke dispersal.....Poor (7400 knot-ft) early in the morning
                    increasing to good (41200 knot-ft) in the
