.DISCUSSION...The spot area is on the edge of very dry conditions
and gusty southwest winds with a low chance that the RH dries out much
lower than forecasted if the dry air pushes more eastward.
Overnight into Saturday morning a passing cold front increases the
winds and shifts them to northerly. Winds will slowly weaken and
drift to the NE then E during the late afternoon and evening.
