Breezy southwest winds between 20 to 30 mph is expected in the
southwestern Texas Panhandle on Saturday with gusts between 30 to
40 mph. Current fuels are believed to be mostly unreceptive to fire
starts, but be mindful that there will be a wind factor if there are
any initial attack fires.
