Warning for the following rivers in Texas...

  Prairie Dog Town Fork Red River at Wayside 13NE affecting
  Armstrong County.

For the Prairie Dog Town Fork...including Wayside 13NE...Minor
flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

EVENING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. This approaches the flood of
  record.

* WHERE...Prairie Dog Town Fork Red River at Wayside 13NE.

* WHEN...From early this morning to late this evening.

* IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Ranch and farm land within the flood plain
  begins to flood. Cattle in the flood plain are threatened

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 5:00 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 9.9 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 9.5 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 11.5
    feet this morning. It will then fall below flood stage late
    this morning.
  - Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    11.6 feet on 05/28/2015.
