The Flash Flood Watch is cancelled for the central and western Texas
Panhandle, including the following areas, Armstrong, Carson, Dallam,
Deaf Smith, Donley, Gray, Hansford, Hartley, Hutchinson, Moore,
Ochiltree, Oldham, Palo Duro Canyon, Potter, Randall, Roberts and
Sherman.

Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat.
