Total snow accumulations between 4 and 8 inches. * WHERE...Portions of northwestern Connecticut, western Massachusetts, east central New York, and southern Vermont. * WHEN...From 1 PM this afternoon to 7 AM EST Monday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous.
