* WHAT...A widespread frost with sub-freezing temperatures at or
  below 32 degrees is expected.

* WHERE...Northern Saratoga, Northern Washington, Southeast Warren,
  and Southern Washington Counties.

* WHEN...From 11 PM this evening to 10 AM EDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

  Eastern Albany, Eastern Dutchess, Eastern Greene, Eastern
  Schenectady, Eastern Ulster, Southern Saratoga, Western Columbia,
  Western Dutchess, and Western Rensselaer Counties.

* WHEN...From 11 PM this evening to 10 AM EDT Friday.
