* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Litchfield County in Northwest Connecticut and Dutchess

* WHEN...Through late tonight.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - A slow moving frontal boundary will interact with a tropical
    air mass to bring showers and thunderstorms this afternoon
    and evening. Locally heavy rainfall is possible and rainfall
