...FLOOD WATCH HAS EXPIRED...

The Flood Watch has expired for portions of east central New York,
including the following areas, Northern Saratoga, Northern Warren,
Northern Washington, Southeast Warren and Southern Washington and
southern Vermont, including the following areas, Bennington, Eastern
Windham and Western Windham.

Periods of light to occasionally moderate rain will gradually taper
off later this morning. Outside of impacted rivers, flooding is no
longer expected to pose a threat.
