...GUSTY EASTERLY WINDS FROM FRIDAY MORNING THROUGH FRIDAY EVENING
SOUTH OF EGEGIK...

A strong front is forecast to bring sustained easterly winds of
45-55 mph, with gusts as high as 70 mph, as it moves across
southern Bristol Bay on Friday. This will primarily affect
communities south of Egegik, including Pilot Point and Port
Heiden. Areas north of Egegik will see lighter east to
northeasterly winds, with gusts to about 45 mph.

People are urged to secure loose objects that could be blown
around or damaged by the wind. Use caution if you must travel.
