...PERIODS OF HEAVY SNOWFALL AND BLOWING SNOW POSSIBLE FOR THE
PRIBILOF ISLANDS THROUGH TUESDAY AFTERNOON...

Bands of snowfall across the Pribilof Islands could become heavier
as the back side of a strong low pressure system moves across the
Bering Sea through Tuesday afternoon. Due to the showery nature
of these snow bands, the exact timing and intensity could vary.
Additionally, visibility may be reduced to one quarter mile at
times with gusty east winds up to 35 mph, becoming southeast this
afternoon. Snowfall rates and winds may diminish as early as
Monday night, however there is potential for hazardous conditions
to last through Tuesday afternoon.
