.SYNOPSIS FOR CENTRAL BERING SEA...

A 1003 mb low at 54N 164W dissipates through tonight. A 988 mb
Kamchatka low weakens to 1010 mb as it moves to 56N 165W for Tue
afternoon. By Tue morning, another Kamchatka low at 998 mb begins
to push its front into the Western Bering and Aleutians.
