...AREAS OF DENSE FOG ACROSS THE PIEDMONT THIS MORNING...

Satellite and surface observations show areas of dense fog have
developed over portions of the Virginia Piedmont this morning.
Visibilities are averaging between one half mile and two miles,
though could drop to one quarter mile or less in localized areas.
Visibilities should quickly improve after 8 AM this morning.

Motorists should be alert for sudden changes in visibility due to
the areas of dense fog. Drive at reduced speeds and use low beam
headlights only.
