At 1121 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Brunswick to near Barley to near
Littleton. Movement was east at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and frequent lightning.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Frequent cloud to ground lightning
strikes.

Barley around 1125 PM EDT.
Gaston around 1130 PM EDT.
Roanoke Rapids and Radium around 1135 PM EDT.
Emporia around 1140 PM EDT.
Dahlia around 1145 PM EDT.
Other locations impacted by these storms include Adams Grove,
Grizzard, Bufford Crossroads, Gum Forks, Lanes Corner, Yale, Pleasant
Shade, Henrico, Bryants Corner, and Slates Corner.
