  nm southwest of Burwell Bay to 7 nm west of Triangle Reef, moving
  southeast at 15 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.
