A wet and cool day is expected across much of the area today, with
the highest rain chances and humidity values over central and
south central Virginia. Low pressure slowly becomes more organized off
the southeast coast by Thursday, and drifts northeast, staying
off the Carolina coast into the first part of the weekend.
