FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Total snow accumulations of 1 to 2 inches at sea level
  and up to 9 inches near White Pass. Winds gusting as high as 35
  mph.

* WHERE...Municipality of Skagway.

* WHEN...From 6 AM to 6 PM AKST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult and is discouraged
  unless it is an emergency.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Expect a transition to all rain Friday
  afternoon for Skagway at sea level.
