.SYNOPSIS FOR THE EASTERN GULF OF ALASKA...
A 999mb low is currently making landfall along our northern
coast, with an occluding front ejecting across the Panhandle.
While westerly winds impact the coast, a surge of southerly
winds is forming across the inner channels into Friday night.
Lighter winds expected Saturday. A gale force low will slide
across the southern gulf late Sunday.
