...STRONG WIND SHIFT TODAY...

A strong wind shift from SE to SW, currently 10 NM offshore, will
move through the inner channels beginning around 8 AM today.
Shifting winds will move fully through the panhandle by early
afternoon. Strong breezes to near gale southwesterly winds behind
the shift will persist for a few hours before diminishing.
