.DISCUSSION...Relatively quiet weather pattern for the Sitka area through
Friday at least. The showers this morning should start to become less
intense and less frequent through the day though they will still be some
around through early Thursday morning. For Thursday and Friday, offshore
flow will be developing that will significantly reduce the chance of showers
though some E winds of around 15 mph may develop Thursday afternoon in the
incident area. Rain showers expected to possibly redevelop Friday afternoon
as onshore West flow redevelops though winds will mostly remain below 15 mph.
